Richu-tenno-ryo Kofun
Richu-tenno-ryo Kofun
Richu-tenno-ryo Kofun, also known as Mozu-mimihara Southern Mausoleum of Emperor Richu or Misanzai Kofun, is a keyhole-shaped kofun with a mound length of 365 m, which makes it the third largest in the country. It is thought that this giant kofun was originally surrounded by about ten smaller satellite tombs, only some of which still remain. The tomb is dated to around the early 5th century.
