Free STI testing

Public health centers regularly offer free tests for HIV, syphilis and chlamydia.
[A request to those wanting a test]
- Please refrain from coming if you have a fever, cough etc.
- If symptoms such as fever are observed upon arrival, we may decline to conduct the test.
- We recommend getting tested two months after any potential exposure to infection.
- In principle, testing will be suspended if a storm warning or special warning (such as for heavy rain) is issued.
HIV Screening Test:
(Schedule from December 2025 to March 2026)
- Standard testing
Results ready in a week at the same time and place of the test. Free, anonymous, and no reservation required. No limit of people. Tests for syphilis and chlamydia in the same appointment will also be free.

2. Night Testing
Free, anonymous, and no reservation required. Limited to the first 25 people. Tests for syphilis and chlamydia in the same appointment will also be free.

Testing time: 18:30-20:00 (results 1 week later 18:30-20:00)
Dates: January 21st & March 18th 18:30-20:00
2. AIDS prevention week temporary night testing
Free, anonymous, and no reservation required. Limited to the first 25 people. Tests for syphilis and chlamydia in the same appointment will also be free.
Location: Nishi Public Health Center
Testing period: December 11th 18:00-20:00 (results 1 week later 18:00-20:00)
