Please make sure to bring the necessary official documents, such as your My Number health insurance card, eligibility certificates, and any public medical care certificate such as child or elderly medical support certificates if applicable.

Emergency Pediatric Consultation
Call 06-6765-3650 if your child becomes ill at night and you are unsure whether you need to visit a hospital. Available 19:00 to 8:00 (Japanese). This is a service provided by the Osaka Prefectural Government.
If you do not need an ambulance but are unsure where to seek treatment, contact the Osaka Medical Facilities Information Center. TEL 06-6693-1199; open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (Japanese only).
