Guidelines for summoning fire and rescue personnel (Dial 119)

State clearly the location from which you are making the call. Don't forget to include the name of the city, town, or village when giving your address.
Do not turn off your cell or PHS phone after calling 119. Fire and rescue personnel may need to contact you for more information.
Do not attempt to call 119 while driving. Make the call after stopping in a safe location.
