THE DIGITAL BURIAL MOUND ENCYCLOPEDIA

It is a keyhole-shaped burial mound places on the premises of Osaka Prefectural NursingSchool, and about 100 meters south from Guwashobo Tumulus. Its rectangular part faces the west. It looks like a round burial mound because the rectangular part of it has been destroyed. The survey conducted by Osaka Education Committee in 1981 and 1982 showed that the burial mound was about 72.5 meters long, its round part about 54 meters long , and the rectangular part about 44 mters wide. The mound is a scallop-type burial mound with short rectangular part. A cylindrical clay figure was excavated.
