Program to provide daily living information
Volunteer staff will answer inquires regarding daily living and city administartion from foreign residents and provide them with helpful information over the phone.
Please note that we do not offer face-to -faceconsultaion or emotional counselling. Depending on the contents of the inquiries,we may make a referral to other related parties.
The English service is available;
Mondays-13:00∼16:00,Thursdays 09:00∼12:00
